Our guests live within the garden and have easyaccess to all season activities.

Sculpture gardens, Artist studios on grounds, river, kayaks, snowshoes, canoe - lots of nearby activities.

We will most often be around and can interact as much or as little as the guest want.

Caroline speaks English, German, French and Italian

There are very few neighbors - the folks that live in the nearby village are warm and welcoming.

You will need a vehicle to get here - lots of quiet country roads for biking, hiking, jogging, walking once here. On site parking.

Spring-Fall there is one GREAT local restaurant with live music, and an ice cream shop in town walking distance of house.

LOTS of outdoor, year round activities. Warmer weather is great for swimming, kayaking, hiking, lots of remote waterfalls to explore...we will share all the scoop on how to get to them all.

Antiquing is great up here, Saratoga is one hour away, Blue Mountain Lake Museum one hour in other direction.

Fall is stunningly beautiful foliage!

Downhill ski Oak - 15 minutes with tubing and very cheap skiing - great for beginners
X country Lapland Lake - 25 minutes - world class cross country resort with dining, skating, tubing, reindeer!

X country across our lake - 1 minute away :)
