Trough
1982, Granite and welded steel, 12'h x25'w x 15'd
Commissioned by the city Billings,
Montana to commemorate the city’s 100th anniversary. Installed
in central downtown, the “trough” concept was designed
to echo the dominate local geological feature of the Yellowstone
River cutting through the high Montana plains.
